Sam Kirk (BSc Arch. BArch. ARB) is an experienced and award winning architect and development manager. His projects range from town masterplans and shopping malls to retail and office fit-outs.
He specialises in retail, office, leisure and hospitality design with an established portfolio in western, central and eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
His clients are investment funds, developers, blue-chip companies, retail and leisure operators, local authorities and regional development agencies.
Sam advises Capital & Counties and Sun Hung Kai Properties on Europe’s largest mixed-use residential-led redevelopment project in Earls Court delivering 7,500 new homes, new London villages and a 21st Century high-street for Earls Court.
The value of the project is estimated at £8 billion.
Sam is passionate about Africa and is launching new schemes in Uganda, Nigeria, Egypt and Zambia.
He is a committee member of the International Council of Shopping Centres, frequently speaks at major industry events and is a guest judge at the National Association of Shop Fitters annual awards.
