Clive Kefford is a property developer with experience in the UK, Bulgaria and France. He has an entrepreneurial background, starting his first business in 1990 in I.T. and office supplies and selling the company to a large national group in 2003.

He started BPC in 2004 to develop holiday homes in Bulgaria buying land when costs were very low and selling out virtually all properties before the financial crisis.

He has been an active business angel investor and advisor and now runs ProAfCo which he set up to develop property in sub-Saharan Africa. His degree is in Business at Manchester University.
